Why didn't I receive email notification after I signed up?
Please check your email account's Spam or Junk folder. Sometimes, our email notifications are filtered.

Why hasn't my item published yet?
Items in Draft status are not published. If your item is in Draft status, please review and submit it. Also, please read our Submission Guidelines.

Why is Debut Date?
Debut Date is an official launching or publication date of a product. Please ensure this date is correct.

How can I submit my product information or an existing link to product?
you must have an DebutCity account to submit a product or a link. After successful login, you can begin the submission process by clicking on 'Submit' link on the top right menu. You can either 'submit a link' or 'submit a product'.
Steps in submission:
  1. Title/Debut Info: Add title, category, debut date and other relevant information.
  2. Description/Photo/Video: Add description, photos or video links. They can be added multiple times.
  3. Review/Submit: Review your article and submit it.

What are the statuses of my article?

Can I add/modify my product information after I submit?
You can add/modify/delete your information any time from MyDebutCity->Contributions. If you modify your submission, it will move to Draft status. please don't forget to re-submit.
